Meet the leadership team
Assunta Meleca | Founder + Fearless Leader
Assunta founded Racing for MNDi after losing 6 members of her family to MND. (Read more about Assunta’s founder story here). When she can, she still finds time to appreciate her love of art and enjoys spending time with her partner and two sons.
Anita Knowles | Director of Finance + Money Mogul
Previously at Deloitte and now running her own business, Anita brings a wealth of commercial and financial expertise, ensuring the money raised works as hard and as smart as possible, directing funding where it’s needed most. Western Australia born, when she’s off the clock there’s nothing she likes more than wining and dining with family and friends.
Belinda Ipsaro-Passione | Secretary + Fundraising Machine
Fiercely organised and with an endless desire to get stuff done, Belinda is the driving force that keeps all the cogs turning, as well as playing an influential role in planning and executing fundraising activity. In her own time she’s always on the go, whether it’s yoga, swimming or whipping up delicious Thermomix delights.
